Before Longtime officially opens its doors in just a few weeks, this
highly anticipated modern Asian restaurant and bar invites you to an exclusive sneak
peek event at Club Soda Bali on Wednesday, 24 July 2024, at 7 PM.
Executive Chef Tyler Preston will be serving up a selection of Longtime’s signature snacks such
as the LT beef tartare with cured yolk, salt & vinegar chips and the curious burrata with
house-made chili crunch and roti, providing a sneak peek into the innovative menu that awaits.
Complementing the culinary experience is Vitalii Klak, Longtime’s head bartender, will be
crafting cocktails such as the Naked daze made with dark rum, pandan syrup, pineapple, Greek
yogurt, citrus and Rewind, made with tequila ,gochujang cordial ,grapefruit soda. These drinks
have been designed in collaboration by award-winning bartender Jacob Sweetapple, promising
a creative twist and exceptional taste.
Longtime is set to make a significant impact on Canggu’s culinary scene, offering guests an
elevated, yet approachable experience that lingers long after the last bite. The venue offers a
modern Asian cuisine and bespoke cocktails in an architecturally designed setting inspired by
50s-60s espionage chic and modernism.
